Humans

All of us who are part of Mundo Livre Digital share the same mission, vision, values and principles. These factors define our way of acting, thinking and behaving. They define who we are, our culture and our identity.

We believe that:

  • We can change the world

We are jovial, we believe that we can change the world through the execution of ideas that solve our client’s business problem and that have proven technical and financial viability. Therefore, everyone is welcome and has the same opportunity to go through the idea validation process!

  • We learn when we make new mistakes

To learn, you have to make a lot of mistakes, make mistakes quickly and make mistakes cheaply, says the theory. But, here at Mundo Livre Digital, making mistakes also means that we like to innovate, experimenting and taking risks and when we make mistakes, we document what went wrong and teach each other, so that this mistake does not happen again.

  • Self-development is key

We believe that personal development is fundamental. For this, we are inspired by the five dimensions of the Inner Development Goals Institute (IDG) that organize 23 skills and qualities of growth and inner human development.

  • Studying is forever

We are curious…. so we like to learn new things every day!

Meet the team of human beings who lead our teams.
