MundoDispara

MundoDispara is an omnichannel tool for interactive text or voice contacts, making customers talk to your company in an agile and direct way.

Telemedicine – voice

  • When the patient enters the video conference room, he notices that the doctor is late and moves away from his cell phone or computer;
  • When the doctor enters the room, the patient is connected, but not present;
  • MundoDispara makes a voice call to the patient;
  • When answering the call, the patient hears a message asking him to return to the consultation room and has the option of talking to a human.

Health Operator – voice

  • Every Monday, HealthCloud generates a list of patients who visited the Emergency Room over the weekend and sends it to MundoDispara;
  • When answering the call, the contact data is validated;
  • Next, it asks if the patient still feels the symptoms of the reason for the visit to the Emergency Room, and if he wants to be assisted by Nursing;
  • If positive, the call is transferred to nurses.

Hospital – WhatsApp

  • Every day a list of potential patients who will be discharged the next day is generated;
  • This database is uploaded to MundoDispara by the nursing staff to send a message to the patient’s companion via WhatsApp, informing them about the hospital discharge procedures;
  • If in doubt, the companion can clarify it by typing with a human via WhatsApp.

 

Restaurant Marketplace – WhatsApp

  • The marketplace wants to notify restaurant owners of a new location that it is already possible to register on the platform;
  • MundoDispara, from a database sends the message with the invitation;
  • When answering, the restaurant information is validated;
  • A message is then sent announcing that registration on the Marketplace for this region is now available;
  • If the owner is interested in registering, a link to access the form on the Marketplace is sent.
